Everyone has been very courteous and professional. They have been very easy to deal with. The only thing left is to get the timeshare sold. Then I'll make it a 5-star rating.

Jessica Howard was very courteous and professional. She explained the concept and the process clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. She was patient as I was considering participating in the program. I ultimately purchased a lifetime membership due largely to her manner and knowledge as well as the merits of the program.
