I have spoken to two ladies, Karen and Gigi from Timeshares by Owners on the phone. They were very polite and respectful. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

We have had positive experiences with TimesharesByOwner. The people I work with are very quick to respond to any questions I may have, present offers quickly and efficiently, and are very pleasant to deal with. This is a rush rush society and sometime the human graces are overlooked, however, not with these two women. Al tho I may be disappointed with the people who use this service as a last ditch effort to book their vacations and expect to get Holiday accommodations at the last minute, or use multiple listings to may agencies to fish for accommodations at the last minute that is not my agents responsibility for their poor planning. I feel like we are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. My group does a great job.

I have appreciated the young lady that called me several times yesterday and was very helpful and compassionate. I'm a widow on a fixed income and she did more that anyone else to put me at ease. I'm still trying to make the correct decision for me, but if I still plan to work with your company, it will be because of her helpfulness and thoughtful suggestions. I would like to use her name, but thought that was not permitted. Thanks, G.

Working with Brandi has been great - even though we havent been able to sell the timeshare yet, she is a wonderful person to deal with
