My experience with Timeshare by owner has been a good one. The reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to a friend. I've rented several weeks out because of leads sent to me.

TIME SHARE BY OWNER THEY REALLY DO GET CUSTOMER FOR YOU. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE THAT HAS RENTED FROM ME. I ALWAYS GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE THERE VACATION AS NICE AS I CAN. I MAKE SURE THE RESORT KNOWS WHOS COMING TO STAY AND HOW LONG AND WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE THERE. TIMESHARE BY OWNERS ARE HELPFUL WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP.

Sally Kane did a great job helping me with an old billing dispute I had with TSBO. She patiently let me explain the situation and history, offered a path forward to investigate what happened internally, escalated it appropriately to top management, and followed up with me throughout. I'm so pleased with the final resolution, too. I will definitely keep Sally's number handy for any future questions I may have about TSBO. Thanks again, Sally!
