We give Timeshares by Owner a 4.5 rating. It took a few months for Timeshares By Owner to rent out our Timeshare; however, they were successful in making this process come to fruition. Our agent (PH) did a superb job from start to finish and took the time to walk me thru with great detail in the process. He made this process so easy and smooth. We had a different company before with no success at all except we were out of a lot of money. Thanks to Timeshare By Owners (PH) for making our dream come true.

After communicating with their office this afternoon, I can say that the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, solved issues that I had to my satisfaction and assured me that they are still keeping me on the books with my time share. Staff worked hard to rent our timeshare. Very concerned ,informative and caring. Was helpful in completing the vacation transaction.

There was a learning curve with regard to maximizing income possibilities. I sense there was some staff turnover with Timesharsbyowner. Nonetheless, once I started receiving offers and I learned how to disregard those of little financial sense I was able to make properties available and accepted two offers in a week.

This year was our first time using Timeshare Direct . We first received a call immediately from one of your employees, she was very informative and gracious, and explained that we would be hearing soon from the person that would be helping us find out vacation. Very soon after, we received a call from Peter Hassanos and he took all the info that would help us locate the perfect place on Kauai. By that late afternoon, he had secured us the perfect getaway at our affordable price. He keep in contact with us at least 3 different time to transition is to the property we would occupy in February. He was kind, informative and exceeded all my expectations as to how I was taken care of. Thank you Peter, for doing a great job.
