Staff worked hard to rent our timeshare. Very concerned ,informative and caring. Was helpful in completing the vacation transaction.

There was a learning curve with regard to maximizing income possibilities. I sense there was some staff turnover with Timesharsbyowner. Nonetheless, once I started receiving offers and I learned how to disregard those of little financial sense I was able to make properties available and accepted two offers in a week.

This year was our first time using Timeshare Direct . We first received a call immediately from one of your employees, she was very informative and gracious, and explained that we would be hearing soon from the person that would be helping us find out vacation. Very soon after, we received a call from Peter Hassanos and he took all the info that would help us locate the perfect place on Kauai. By that late afternoon, he had secured us the perfect getaway at our affordable price. He keep in contact with us at least 3 different time to transition is to the property we would occupy in February. He was kind, informative and exceeded all my expectations as to how I was taken care of. Thank you Peter, for doing a great job. I will definitely be coming back to view other properties in the future. Again Thank You.
