The way I was dealt with from the beginning was very professional. The agent explained how everything would be handeled going forward, and gave me an expectation what I could expect for a rental. The personnel at Time Share By Owner (TSBO) have been great to work with and have questions answered. They don't go away, they are there to assist you in anyway they can.
