It quite a surprise hearing from your company. We were just talking about what to do about our El Did vacation time and now we have the option of renting and not losing any points. So far working out great and can only hope that our weeks get rented out sooner the better.

The way I was dealt with from the beginning was very professional. The agent explained how everything would be handeled going forward, and gave me an expectation what I could expect for a rental.
