The personnel at Time Share By Owner (TSBO) have been great to work with and have questions answered. They don't go away, they are there to assist you in anyway they can. And if questions arise later on just give them a call and they are ready to give you the answers. Thank you for being there - greatly appreciated.

I am new to Timeshares by Owner, and I'm hoping the service works to my benefit. Everyone seems personable and upbeat so I will have faith they do their job. Everything went very well but I received a phone call from one of your other representatives who had no idea about the fact that I was already signed up. He apologized. You should have better interoffice communication that an account has already been completed.
