The way I was dealt with from the beginning was very professional. The agent explained how everything would be handeled going forward, and gave me an expectation what I could expect for a rental. I am looking forward to see the results of my listing and accepting a real offer from a professional service.

The personnel at Time Share By Owner (TSBO) have been great to work with and have questions answered. They don't go away, they are there to assist you in anyway they can. And if questions arise later on just give them a call and they are ready to give you the answers. Thank you for being there - greatly appreciated.

Everything went very well but I received a phone call from one of your other representatives who had no idea about the fact that I was already signed up. He apologized. You should have better interoffice communication that an account has already been completed.
