The sales person, Carl, did an outstanding job explaining their process, answering all questions. He was professional, patient with all my questions and above all, provided me with ID#'s, company license number and attorney general website so I could verify the legitimacy of Timeshares By Owner. With so many scams, this was important to me. I am confident that they will be able to help us sell our timeshare.

The customer service we have received from TSBO has been awesome. Both Debra and Gigi have been very responsive and helpful throughout the process of listing our timeshare.

The representative that I worked with was very helpful. He was able to get me credit for a payment that I made in 2015 to reduce the price that I paid for the new service by that amount.
