So far the customer service aspect of my experience has been exceptional. The reason you're getting 4 stars and not 5 is because I still need to see how well this service works for actually selling my timeshare. I'm gun shy because I've already hired one company to help, and I think they just took my money - but obviously I'm willing to try again. If this works, I'll quickly come back and upgrade this rating to a 5-star.

My experience with the rep was great. I have very little faith at this point in the timeshare industry but Gi Gi put my mind at ease. I hope that my experience with this company is better than the other two I have used in the past to attempt to sell my timeshare.

I am using Timeshares by Owner to sell or rent my timeshare. They are very professional in dealing with me. I have received all of my materials, and when I call and leave a message, they return my call in a timely manner. I have faith that will sell my timeshare.

I have dealt with four employees from Timeshares by Owner and it just seems to get better and better. Since I have an interest in this issue, I certainly hope that each one of those four people know that I also will honor my word and they can count on me as I am prepared to depend upon their expertise.
