I have dealt with four employees from Timeshares by Owner and it just seems to get better and better. Since I have an interest in this issue, I certainly hope that each one of those four people know that I also will honor my word and they can count on me as I am prepared to depend upon their expertise.

On every occasion that I have talked with representatives of Timeshares by owner, they have been very polite, encouraging and helpful. Now they just need to sell my timeshare and I will be immensely grateful!

My representative was professional. He explained all information and answered questions. The call was recorded by them and myself for security.

So far so good. A better review will be based on results.

Rep was friendly and knowledgeable; worked with me on pricing for resale and was helpful in telling me what would take place. Would recommend to other timeshare owners.

Everything was perfect except somehow I was originally left with the impression that our timeshare was virtually sold -- it was just a matter of time. However, when the lady called back for the quality review check, she reiterated that there is no buyer for our property, nor can they even project a date it will be sold. Bottom line, I had to pay a fee upfront while I wait for the result. Having been stung badly on a similar type of operation, I am VERY skeptical. But I am going forward with the action regardless, just based on my ability to verify certain info, and a few other, less tangible things. The final review / rating will have to wait until after they come through with the sale.
