Everything was perfect except somehow I was originally left with the impression that our timeshare was virtually sold -- it was just a matter of time. However, when the lady called back for the quality review check, she reiterated that there is no buyer for our property, nor can they even project a date it will be sold. Bottom line, I had to pay a fee upfront while I wait for the result. Having been stung badly on a similar type of operation, I am VERY skeptical. But I am going forward with the action regardless, just based on my ability to verify certain info, and a few other, less tangible things. The final review / rating will have to wait until after they come through with the sale.

Rep was friendly and knowledgeable; worked with me on pricing for resale and was helpful in telling me what would take place. Would recommend to other timeshare owners.

First and foremost, I appreciated the courteous and "calm" approach of the TSBO representative which puts the client at ease and wanting to talk with the caller. Thereafter, the conversation proceeds with significant information from which the client can make responses and decisions. I would rate this call at excellent.
