First and foremost, I appreciated the courteous and "calm" approach of the TSBO representative which puts the client at ease and wanting to talk with the caller. Thereafter, the conversation proceeds with significant information from which the client can make responses and decisions. I would rate this call at excellent.

I have just listed my timeshare with Timeshares by owner and the sign up process has been very easy and nice and informative staff. Everything is underway and awaiting an offer for my Divi Resort in Bonaire.

So far so good! The Representative that reached out to me has been very pleasant to deal with. She walked me through the process, step by step. She even called me and walked me through the paperwork and signing. Very pleased!!!
