Everything was perfect except somehow I was originally left with the impression that our timeshare was virtually sold -- it was just a matter of time. However, when the lady called back for the quality review check, she reiterated that there is no buyer for our property, nor can they even project a date it will be sold. Bottom line, I had to pay a fee upfront while I wait for the result. Having been stung badly on a similar type of operation, I am VERY skeptical. But I am going forward with the action regardless, just based on my ability to verify certain info, and a few other, less tangible things. The final review / rating will have to wait until after they come through with the sale.

Janet is an excellent seller. She was very transparent and explained every thing in detail. Keep her on board. GG was also easy to talk with. Great Job. I look forward to working with both ladies.

A very big "Thank You" to the Time Share staff who have given us a helping hand in selling/renting our quarters. They have been very helpful in guiding us through the process and are readily available to answer all our questions, now and in the future.
