We were pleasantly surprised by the personal attention we received from Ms. Simmons (Richardson). We are an older couple currently on Social Security and not using our timeshare, perhaps the way younger couples do. Ms. Simmons got yo know where we wanted to go with the timeshare and made us aware of the rental possibilities that we might take advantage of in terms of Return On Investment, until we could sell it. She patiently walked us through the process, explaining each step in the building of a portfolio for the property so that it could be showcased and sold to prospective buyers. We are more hopeful than we have ever been about the future prospects for this property now that we are clients of Timeshare By Owners. Thanks so much.

I have had a bad experience with this company in the past. The offer I received yesterday was wonderful if they can do what they promise. Time will tell. The people who called me were very positive and very courteous in every way. I hope and prey they come thru with their promises.
