I was very please with the professional way that everyone that I spoke with handled all my questions and concerns. Everyone was helpful and very polite and took the time to explain everything to me made me aware of each process.

Everyone that I have dealt with have been so far professional, easy to talk with, and have pleasant tone of voice.

The lady that helped get me started was very wonderful and the lady that called today and gave me information was also wonderful and helpful.

I visited with Time Share by Owner for nearly an hour with their description of a fair amount to sell my time share and rent the additional banked weeks with the first bank week refunding my fees with TSBO and the second banked week paying me up front. If this all comes true in the next few days to months as has been promised, I will be pleased. I rated above average due to proximity of my timeshare and the docusign procedure. I have been ripped-off by other companies previously.

The reason I have rate for excellent is because I am new to Timeshare by owners but i will love to do this again when everything is working out with my rental thanks !

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Debra about trying to sell our timeshare. She was very patient with me when I was trying to use the internet to sign the agreement. I was also very pleased when talking to Mitch. Both Debra & Mitch were very pleasant & courteous to me. Hopefully, Timeshares by Owner will be able to sell our timeshare soon!
