I was very pleased with the service that I received from Debra about trying to sell our timeshare. She was very patient with me when I was trying to use the internet to sign the agreement. I was also very pleased when talking to Mitch. Both Debra & Mitch were very pleasant & courteous to me. Hopefully, Timeshares by Owner will be able to sell our timeshare soon!

Courteous,polite,helpful with cellphone &computer patient withsetting up account reviewing steps &concerns client may have about program. Given several contact ids &numbers so client can stay in contact. Wish I had a chance to review program first look at reviews etc before signup.
