I have been speaking with Roy in regards to a week I have in Kissimee. Both he and Gigi have been very nice. Roy took spoke to me with patience and clarity. Looking forward to working with him in the future. GiGi was very perfessional and patient on the phone too.

I talked with Mitch and he explained where I am in the process of selling/renting my timeshare in a clear and informative manner. I am anxious to sell this timeshare and hope all that I have gone through in this process will come as a successful accomplished sale in the end.
