Service was very good and informative. I was taken through the process effectively. I did feel the sell was a bit hard and certainly hurried which made me hesitate and ponder the legitimacy of the contract.

My experience with timeshares by owner has been great. Terry calls and keeps me informed. Communication is very important to me. They other staff I've spoken to has been very nice and professional.
