Thank you Amie Smith! For your patience, understanding and mostly for educating us regarding timeshares. Other than being bombarded with an onslaught of information the day we bought our points and a suitcase full of info to sort out on our own, no one at Marriott or Interval has been helpful...until Amie came along. I learned more about our purchase and benefits in 20 minutes than I have in two years. As well as being informative, she takes a special interest in problem solving. Very professional. Also Mitch was quite professional as well as helpful. Thank you for having our backs!
