Everything has been handled wonderfully I am very happy with this company

I have been working with TSBO since 10-20-2015 and have been treated well by all of the staff members, by making sure I have all my relevant information and by answering all of my questions. I am hoping to sell my property within this year.

I'm very pleased with the way they handled my account. They explained everything so I think I understand it all.

Will need more time to see if it's what I paid for.The person I talked to was very professional.Still will have to wait and see if it works for me.

Time will tell if this was a good choice or not.

Other than being bombarded with an onslaught of information the day we bought our points and a suitcase full of info to sort out on our own, no one at Marriott or Interval has been helpful...until Amie came along. I learned more about our purchase and benefits in 20 minutes than I have in two years. As well as being informative, she takes a special interest in problem solving. Very professional. Also Mitch was quite professional as well as helpful. Thank you for having our backs!

I have been very happy with all the employees that I have spoken with and dealt with regarding my timeshare. Bryan Payne has been willing to answer all my questions and has gone out of his way to make sure I had all the answers to my questions. Jessica Howard has also been very helpful and has answered all my questions as well. Both of them have been prompt and courtesy with all return phone calls.

I was very much impressed with the way I/we were approached and explained the procedures of TSBO. The followup and explanations of the program was right on point. There was no questions asked that was not answered to our satisfaction. The sales rep. and assistant was always and point and answered questions to all questions asked. Because of time factors due to illness and personal delay, we were not able to rap up the business sooner. I have appreciated the openness that was given and I feel confident that the business at hand will be taken care of. They were Professional, Courteous and friendly. I would recommend the business to anyone.
