My rating includes the prior experiences as well as the most recent. The recent experience has so far been uplifting with the interaction with Jeremiah and Jeff. My hope is that this effort will be productive for both you and I.

I was not told that Pay Pal would charge a fee for handling the collection of fund, so I did not receive the full rental fee. Had I known this, I would have added the fee to my rental fee. Otherwise the process seemed to go smoothly. It has also taken longer than I was told for the money to reach my bank account. I was told the transfer would take only a few minutes. Pay Pal says it could take 3-5 days/

Both the account rep and the supporting administrator were well spoken, professional and patient with my questions. Clearly new their business and industry.

Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions regarding the contract to rent my timeshare. I am very excited about being able to make some money on the rentals and provide affordable vacations to people/families that do not own timeshares.
