I was not told that Pay Pal would charge a fee for handling the collection of fund, so I did not receive the full rental fee. Had I known this, I would have added the fee to my rental fee. Otherwise the process seemed to go smoothly. It has also taken longer than I was told for the money to reach my bank account. I was told the transfer would take only a few minutes. Pay Pal says it could take 3-5 days/

Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions regarding the contract to rent my timeshare. I am very excited about being able to make some money on the rentals and provide affordable vacations to people/families that do not own timeshares.
