I am moving on to the Elite status. I thought I was at a good level before, but I understand that I had to invest a little more to move quicker. The only moves left are waiting for success. Was a little nervous, but I took the plunge. Now I anxiously wait to see some rewards. Trusting God as I move forward. The agent was patient and informative.

The last few days have resulted in several contacts with Mitch D. Mitch has been polite, pleasant, and patient with this senior lady (that can be difficult at times). I have been dealing with TSBO for a couple of years. Jeff and Mitch need to give some client seminars to the other staff on how to deal with upset clients.
