The last few days have resulted in several contacts with Mitch D. Mitch has been polite, pleasant, and patient with this senior lady (that can be difficult at times). I have been dealing with TSBO for a couple of years. Jeff and Mitch need to give some client seminars to the other staff on how to deal with upset clients.

Bryan Payne worked with me pursuantly, in other words, once he knew I was interested in selling he did not give up for a month of my busy schedule until we had completed the arrangements and listed my property. He dotted his "I"s and crossed his "T"s twice and redundantly assured my understanding of what we were doing. All that remains to give the most excellent review is the successful conclusion of our contract.
