For the frontend part of the sales process the agents and processing personnel were very good, quite clear, and helpful. Karen T. was persistent with out being pushy. We were moving and addressing health issues so she was very professional. We have yet to see the results of the process, so a final overall rating will come in time. So far, excellent!
