I called looking for assistance and the representative that took my call, Mitch, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After our called he followed through with all of the action items we decided were his in a timely fashion. He was also very polite and professional.

I have had numerous calls from different timeshare brokers to rent or sell my timeshare. I was not really considering selling when I spoke to the agent.After listening to Michael I felt comfortable with both rental and selling my timeshare.
