The staff that I was involved with were very pleasant at all times. The follow up calls were not demanding and were mostly about the benefits of the product that was offered. I hope the future will be as good as the past.

It was a little confusing at first by the way your services were outlined. the sales person was very polite and went over your program quite well. I guess the deciding factor is if we get our HiltonHonors vacation package sold.

I was recently contacted by Timeshares by Owner and the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I explained our personal situation to him as to why we are selling our time share and he was very helpful with the process.
