Everyone was very profesional and couteous. The representatives spoke to you as if they have known you. Everything was explained in laymans terms where you could easily understand them.

I surely hope your company can find a buyer for my five weeks with Travel Advantage Network - "TAN", because several companies have talked a big story but have never done anything for me except take my money for their fees.....and I feel your company is trying to get me some results. I appreciate your efforts and have confidence in your employees that they will do what they say..

Everyone was very informative and patient. We appreciated that, as this is a very confusing issue.

4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I understand you are going to improve the adds to make them more visible to the public. The more a unit is seen the more of a chance it is sold and/or rented. Marketing a product is the key to success.

Brandi is always so nice over the phone even when she is having phone problems. I just wish that I would get an offer that isn't so close in and that I could accommodate them. I finally got one that was 8 months out, but couldn't find any lodging for them anywhere. It's very frustrating, when I would like to rent some of my points out.

They are always kind and courteous every time I call. No matter what I call about they give me an answer or get back with me with an answer.

I am very pleased to work with Tamika and Brandi on rental offers. They are consistently sending me offers to find a rental for their requests. They are always willing to help me out when I have questions. Great job, Girls!
