4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I understand you are going to improve the adds to make them more visible to the public. The more a unit is seen the more of a chance it is sold and/or rented. Marketing a product is the key to success.

Brandi is always so nice over the phone even when she is having phone problems. I just wish that I would get an offer that isn't so close in and that I could accommodate them. I finally got one that was 8 months out, but couldn't find any lodging for them anywhere. It's very frustrating, when I would like to rent some of my points out.

At my age and in my condition I cannot remember the people I talked to -- most calls Iwas able to take were at late hours -- if I remember rightly. Wish I had been alert enough to remember the second Time Share!!! FYI = my email address really is irene_moran@comcast.net == the machine keeps telling e to rite Irene Moran -- but that won't help you --since you reached me you must have done something right!!!

The overall aspect of your company is great. The lifetime ads are a plus - hoping that a sale is made in a reasonable amount of time (or a rental). Your reputation is very good. I would recommend you. However, the person I was trying to talk to about an issue with a special advertising contract was very rude and not a PR person. Not a good representative at all.
