The entire process was positive. I was made to feel very comfortable and respected. I was even encouraged to call to check on them, which I did. The information was explained very well. There was never pressure or intimidation. Respect and courtesy were always given in all my questioning, and I have even encouraged others who I knew had time shares to see if their property qualifies.

Jessica and Tracy were friendly as well as knowledgeable regarding the value and marketing of timeshares. The magazine they produce and market the timeshares in is very appealing to the consumer.
