I just wanted to write and let you know how nice it was working with Chad Jacobli. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He spent the time to share with me the best ways to either sell our timeshare or rent it out while we were trying to sell it. I have tried other companies, spent a small fortune in advertising fees, as they called it, and never heard a word from them again, even though I tried calling and emailing these companies. Apparently Florida is full of these companies that take advantage of hard working, honest individuals. Even though I just signed my agreement a week ago with Timeshares by Owners, I have confidence that Chad and the Timeshare by Owners team will come through on eventually selling our timeshare. While my family has enjoyed our timeshare year in year out, we decided to purchased a home in Florida for later in life. I talked with two agents from Timeshare Buy Owner today in regards to selling my timeshare property Willowbrook at Lake Harmony, PA. Joe and Wade both were exact and courteous in this matter. My concern is that is successful.

The representative I talk to was very informative and helpful. You train your people well. However, you still haven't done anything for me in the year I've been with you, but I have been sent multiple offers but not one has panned out. No advise from the concierge either. Slow at returning my messages. Giving them another year to see what they can do. Have a good feeling!
