The representative I talk to was very informative and helpful. You train your people well. However, you still haven't done anything for me in the year I've been with you, but I have been sent multiple offers but not one has panned out. No advise from the concierge either. Slow at returning my messages. Giving them another year to see what they can do. Have a good feeling!

All of the persons that we dealt with were pleasant, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable in signing on to the program to rent or sell our timeshare. We hope in the upcoming weeks this will be a favorable outcome.
