I signed up to sell my condo 1 1/2 years ago. Until my dealings with Gigi, I was beyond disappointed. I know I am just a client to her, but for the first time, she has made me feel as if my needs were important. I have received more rental offers in the past 6 weeks than I did in the past year. She seems to care about her clients, and I would guess it’s on both sides of the contract. She has been conscientious, kind, and diligent about getting the best result for me and the vacationer. I hope TSBO values Gigi for the assets she brings to work every day.

This was my second transaction with TSBO to sell a week of my timeshare, and it was no less stellar than my first. Helped by Peter Hassanos this time (first time was with GiGi) and he was wonderful to work with. Very professional. respectful and very clear on what needed to be done. Yisely Beluso is a wonderful concierge. She worked hard to set up a rental for my unit at Vistana Resort so that everyone was pleased and happy with the arrangements. I will use her again when I need to.

This review is for Peter in the Concierge Department at TSBO. Peter went out of his way to send me rental offers on my Timeshare Property. He walked me through the entire process for my first rental agreement. He called me directly to notify me of each email that needed my attention. I look forward to working with Peter again in the future.

I have been very satisfied with Peter Hassanos from timeshare by owner I have used him for my timeshare renting and I am very happy with the way he conduct himself and works 100% to try and make renting easy always answers all my questions and response to me very quickly I would highly recommend he to anyone
