I signed up to sell my condo 1 1/2 years ago. Until my dealings with Gigi, I was beyond disappointed. I know I am just a client to her, but for the first time, she has made me feel as if my needs were important. I have received more rental offers in the past 6 weeks than I did in the past year. She seems to care about her clients, and I would guess it’s on both sides of the contract. She has been conscientious, kind, and diligent about getting the best result for me and the vacationer.
