I spoke with a representative on 4/28/16 about our timeshare. She was personable, helpful, professional, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She assured me this was a reputable firm, gave me the website, and set my mind at ease.

I have talked several times in the last few days with Jessica Howard and she has always been very pleasant and professional. She is head and shoulders above other folks that I have dealt with in the past year trying to get our three condos sold. I would highly recommend her to handle any situation with great confidence. It was a pleasure to do business with her. I am looking forward to talking with her when our condo's sell as I'm sure they will. Once I was set up with a contract I spoke with her supervisor (I can't remember his name) and he was just as professional as Jessica. He walked me through the process which only took a few minutes. They both receive a 5 star from me. Thanks for all you do!!!!!.

I was surprisingly pleased with the information I received about getting from under the burdensome maintenance fees and monthly payments for my timeshare. Now I'm praying for a quick sale! The staff was so patient and understanding and the cost for the service was very reasonable. Thank you
