I received a professional contact from the staff to kick start my program. I was ready to call a lawyer and retrieve my properties due to no action in a year since I consigned my Marriott properties over to your organization. This was extremely costly. I now feel that I will receive the benefits that I was told I was going to receive at the beginning. This has been costly and I now have high expectations to recover the lost opportunity over the past year. All members of the staff that I talked to today were courteous and professional.

If you get Brandi in customer service she will give you the right answers and will Not stretch the truth. She is down to earth and very very honest. Also she will bent over backwards to help you out by doing everything she can in her power to help you!
