This review is for Peter in the Concierge Department at TSBO. Peter went out of his way to send me rental offers on my Timeshare Property. He walked me through the entire process for my first rental agreement. He called me directly to notify me of each email that needed my attention. I look forward to working with Peter again in the future.

Yisely "GiGi" Beluso has been very instrumental in bringing me rental offers for my time share. She is always pleasant and works hard to get the rental deal done in a timely manner. Timeshares by Owner does a real nice job in selling a week of my time shares every month or two. They find a person who wants a week, negotiate a fair price, handle getting a contract signed, get a valid charge card and then sending me the money.

Peter did a great job turning an inquiry into a sale. The client was interested in Marriott's Desert Springs II for his party in a one bedroom suite for up to 4. They want to see the Stagecoach Festival starting 4/25. Peter directed them to my reserved and ready villa and they paid the asking price. Peter also found out they have friends who may want another unit. Good job Peter.
