I was very skeptical of TBO because of other similar companies offering like services, however,in speaking with my representative Lauren, I feel comfortable in taking this offer because of the persistence and time spent to explain the full aspects of TBO's services. They did not lie to me and say they would SELL my time share, they stated they would only ADVERTISE it, and when they found a perspective buyer they would help close the deal. They did not offer false promises and was straight forward in stating they are only an advertising company and not a real estate co. There is no guarantee it will be sold, The only guarantee is it will be advertised until sold. They offered a very legitimate cost for ADVERTISING if you follow their rules. I spent many hours investigating TBO and am satisfied with the results. Just remember if you work WITH them they will work FOR you. Getting rid of your timeshare is not easy but if you don't advertise it your chances are slim you will sell it. And the price for TBO advertising is well worth it.
