This was my first experience in trying to sell/rent my timeshares. I have thought about it several times, when companies have approached me. However; something just kept me from feeling good about it, so I had always declined. This week was different, I was contacted by Timeshares By Owner. One of their salesladies talked to me at great length. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative, no pressure at all. She took lots of time and answered all my questions. She was a very upbeat person, you could almost see the smile on her face. She enjoys her work. It was a pleasure talking to her. She made me feel good about my decision to let them advertize my time shares. I feel they will work hard for me to sell my time shares in a timely manner. The following day, another lady called to go over all the paper work again to be sure I understood everything and didn't have any further questions. I'm looking forward to hearing from them soon with an offer. I would highly recommend their company.

Very smooth process and helpful people.

Everyone that I have talked with at Timeshares by Owners has been very courteous and helpful. As a senior adult, I sometimes cannot understand and when I request another statement of what was said, the person has responded with courtesy and understanding.

all associates with whom I spoke were professional and businesslike. there was a minor error in my address that I did not see evidence of correction in the documents. I was assured that this would be corrected.

I had a very pleasant experience. The employees were very professional, informative and helpful.
