I had a very positive and enlightening experience with Jose Maldonado. He was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. I felt confident with him and his help about my timeshare. Jose took his time to explain my options and how Timeshares by Owners would be able to help me. Mitch was also very polite and helpful with my information as well. I feel confident and I'm looking forward to selling my timeshare or renting it with this organization.

Spoke with a very knowledgeable, personable marketing rep. who explained the program in detail and answered all questions with a very patient, jovial demeanor. Then was transferred to another very pleasant individual who filled me in on next steps, phone numbers, etc.

I was very hesitant to List my Timeshare as we have had bad experiences in the past. Not only does this company work to sell your Timeshare, they list it to rent. The customer service is absolutely the best & most informative I have ever worked with & I would totally recommend TIME SHARE BY OWNER with complete confidence that they work hard for you. My customer service has been outstanding.

My contact with Timeshares by Owner is very minimal to this point, but the initial contact was pleasant and informative. This is the first time I felt safe enough to continue and put my money up front. Now it is "wait and see". Will I get a buyer?
