My overall experience with TBSO has been good. There was confusion on my part, however, as I found myself dealing with multiple other companies such as Kingstown Reef where our timeshare is held, RCI, Wyndham, and my bank re. their limitations on the forms of payment proposed. As a result, I considered canceling the contract I had signed the day before with TBSO. Clarifying discussions with my bank and a very helpful TBSO concierge removed my doubts and I am at peace with the agreement reached. I hope this proves to be a successful venture for all!

Sally Kane did a great job helping me with an old billing dispute I had with TSBO. She patiently let me explain the situation and history, offered a path forward to investigate what happened internally, escalated it appropriately to top management, and followed up with me throughout. I'm so pleased with the final resolution, too. I will definitely keep Sally's number handy for any future questions I may have about TSBO. Thanks again, Sally!

TIME SHARE BY OWNER THEY REALLY DO GET CUSTOMER FOR YOU. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE THAT HAS RENTED FROM ME. I ALWAYS GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE THERE VACATION AS NICE AS I CAN. I MAKE SURE THE RESORT KNOWS WHOS COMING TO STAY AND HOW LONG AND WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE THERE. TIMESHARE BY OWNERS ARE HELPFUL WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP.
