The front desk lady seems to get confused easily and constantly calls to verify the same information. She makes excuses on having trouble accessing a separate state for information. I almost canceled my appointment because I wasn’t confident she had the right insurance information and if it would all be billed correctly. The rest of the appointment was great!

Dr. Patel was wonderful, he answered all of my questions with grace and honesty. His assistants were also fantastic, one was in training and doing a great job!

This office says I need to come in every 4 months for a cleaning but cancelled my April 2026 appointment and then told me the next available appointment was September 15, 2026. When I came in on September 15, the new dentist scolded me for not coming in and said I was in danger of falling into active periodontal disease. When I told her that this office delayed me, she seemed surprised. The hygenist said appointments are scheduled 6-7 months out and my next appointment isn't until May 2027.

I believe Tioga Dental is a great place to go to get your teeth cleaned and checked. Every staff member treats their patients like family and always have the right equipment to prevent any infection, bacteria, or calories that will affect a patient’s teeth.
