Titan Property Management has been great over the last 2 years I have been a tenant. When renewing my lease I had made a request that was taken care of right away. When needing any kind of maintenance there is always less than a 24 hour response. Whatever is needed to be fixed is taken care of within 72 hours. The front lawn is taken care of by a lawn service company, house is taken care of for pest control, and the staff at Property Management are always friendly and helpful.
