I have been with Titan Property Mgmt (TPM) for many years. They have always responded to the needs of the property I live in. I have lived on the property for 18 years. I love the ease of the online system and everyone I've worked with at the office have been super responsive and helpful. I do not like the the fact that my rent payment is deducted 10 days before month end. I think 5 days would be more reasonable and 3 would be ideal. I don't think it takes 10 days for the money to get from my bank to theirs so they get the float.

I have lived here 3 years and feel extremely fortunate that I live in a complex managed my such efficient staff. When I have questions or problems they are addressed quickly and efficiently.
