Titan Property management has always attempted to get needed repairs. Performed on the rental property over the last 11 Months. The quickest as possible on all request things needed. My wife and I are satisfied better then other negative experiences. That we have had. This with both other Property Managements Company's Landlords. That may refuse to do any up grades needed repairs from A/C, Heating, Pluming repairs electrical. Titan has been able to get our locally living Landlord get repairs with-in a normal 3 to 5 days. That appears reasonable turn around work request on most problems occur in Renting property.

I wish we had some type od screen doors for better air flow..but i always have grest experience w staff and w all the maintenance folks..have a grand day

Yes, service request was quickly addressed. VERY VERY DIFFICULT to reach Michelle Randolph by phone. TOOOOO SMALL PRINT on Statement.. Please repair print size. A serious problem for seniors.
