The maintaince people dos an excellent job of repairing what needed to be done and made sure they cleaned up after. I didn't even know they had been there.

I'm new at renting. This is my first time in my own place. And Titan Property Management was there every step of the way. Every time I had a problem with the house it was just as easy as calling and putting in a maintainence request only to get feedback back within a day! Even after my problem was fixed they still called and asked if everything was ok with my replacement. Titan Property Management is VERY dependable when it comes to fixing problems.

Great customer relations . This so far in checking on items to move in property. Neighborhood great. The house and property was cleaned for move in.Titen Property Management. Then with Landlord worked together Team for Rental Manageable Move in experience. That was very Great. It is also welcomed. That Landlord is living in the area not out of State.Thank You.

The staff from TPM was great; very helpful especially in the time frame that we were looking at new living space options. We appreciated their flexibility; allowing us to move in before the actual move in date! Overall our moving experience was low key and non-stressful. The only down side was the location of the TPM offices, I was given an old business card and it had the old establishment address so this was a minor set back.

I find that everyone is courteous, and professional

Wasn't invited to your grand opening of the new office....was crushed. Always have some one working on the problems.
