Staff was incredible!

Everything went smoothly on moving day except for one thing. When I was ready to open my big storage door, there was a green tag hanging on the lock. I know that it isn’t a lock but I couldn’t get it off. I asked two other movers to help me take it off. No one could figure it out. My son, who is an electrician, was familiar with the tag because they use them at work. He was able to remove it. Thank goodness, because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get into my storage unit. Other than that, I am absolutely pleased with the storage unit itself and how clean everything is and how well lit it is. Also, it’s easy to use the gate with my code. Thank you!
