storage unit was clean when we first opened it for our use. driveup area was adequate and made access easy. the only issue we had was the latch occassionally sticking and being hard to open. also duting the recent cold snowy days it was as if it was frozen and we had to wait a day or two for it to loosen up. no other issues or problems. we have lfinally as of 2/10/2022 removed all of our storage from our recent move. thanks for the service.
