They did not have the size unit that I was looking for available when I called so they put me on a wait list. They called me as soon as they had something available. When I went to do the paperwork for the unit that had been reserved for me, I realized that I wanted a drive up unit instead. Even though we had just completed the paperwork for a unit across the street, they were able to change my unit over to a drive up unit on the spot.

It went pretty smoothly except for a computer glitch that prevented my signing final rental documents right away. The computer issue also prevented my entry into storage area using my access code so I had to call the office to get an override code. The staff however was very pleasant and helpful.
