The only issue we has is that we completed our leasing online and the information did not sync with the system. So,when we went to our unit, the gate access code did not work. It took 2 phone calls with the very nice staff to get it working. We were also not provided with information on the exact location of our unit. It was a bit of a circus but in the end it worked out.

Overall great experience. If I am ever in need of a storage unit I will use TNC again.

Very good and convenient

The process was easy, fast and simple. The storage unit and building was clean and well lit as well as climate controlled.

Our only difficulty was that our PIN didn't work properly from the beginning because it was not set up properly. But other than that, we have no complaints. Once we have access to our storage unit, it was safe, clean, and quiet. Easy to get in and get out! what more can you ask for?

Access code did not work on the start day but a visit to the office and the problem was resolved within a few minutes. This allowed us to move our item in as planned. Unit was as expected and as described. It was easy to get our 22 foot rental truck in and unload items.

The Facility is nice. I didn’t like the fact that the front gate stayed open for two weeks unsecured.

TNC was easy to set up, convenient monthly billing, and easy access. We used the indoor storage and had no issues with our items that were stored for 5 months during extreme heat and cold.
