Rented a unit for a few years but it became unaffordable. I attempted to reach out to ask if there were options for lower cost units (comparing to other prices on website at the time) but did not hear back.

We were faced with a very difficult situation with the death of my husbands brother in law and his sister within 3 months of each other. They had a storage unit at your facility which we of course needed to clear out. Being 1 1/2 hours away made things very difficult. You were able to provide us with an additional unit close to their unit as a "staging area" as we started the task of clean out. All communication with staff members was great with all being very polite and extremely helpful through this difficult situation. Even when we arrived for a final clean out on a Sunday and finding the previously broken security gate fixed (without having a code with us), we were able to contact someone who provided us with access, saving us from wasting the 3 hour round trip if we weren't able to obtain a code. We were extremely grateful for this!!! I was not aware of needing to provide notice in writing for vacating the units or providing a picture of the cleared unit. This was probably outlined in documents given to us at time of rental which we did not read! So sorry!!

Staff were always available and attentive!! Facility and units are clean and organized.

This is our 2nd time utilizing TNC. They are so polite, friendly and professional. The grounds are impeccably maintained. There were no surprise double rate hikes the last time we used them for storage, so they were our go-to place for our current parking needs.
