My appt was at 10 am - I arrived early at 930 - at 11 am I was told that my car was just being started on - the service center doors were not working properly and cars could not be moved in or out - that's not my fault. I think I should have been given a FREE oil change. At 1120, I was told my car was ready! How did that service happen so fast? Person said she had 3 people working on my car. I hinted at I should get a FREE oil change. She kept talking about they had to have someone come from Baltimore to service the doors. Not my problem.With an oil change, you get a voucher for a car wash. I asked if I could redeem that day. Someone was asked if they would run my car thru the car wash and they did. I appreciated that act of kindness very much. I don't feel comfortable in car wash facilities.Based on prior service.
