The service rep updated me a couple of times during the servicing process and asked my permission for some items that needed addressed. He was very nice and helpful. Overall the employees at Hodges have always been friendly, professional and customer service oriented. It is a pleasure to do business at Tom Hodges.Apparently there had been some computer changes to the checkout process and it took quite some time for the employees to find my transaction. It took 3 different employees and a phone call to another employee. I understood the situation and I'm not complaining but it took about 15 or 20 minutes for them to be able to check me out. Also, I was not offered the option to schedule my next service.Excellent service!
