Freddie took my call, answered my questions, negotiated price, and before I knew it we were picking up a new vehicle. We had to drive 3 hours to the dealership and were running late. Freddie and the sales team were very understanding on a late Friday afternoon. They were super friendly and offered drinks/snacks if we were hungry from our travel. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.

Building is very old and outdated, was clean, not sure if they had wifi or not, it is just an ok placeDirty hand prints on driver door and as mentioned did not complete the complimentary car washEase of online appointment, time for the oil change and tire rotation was about 45 minutes, they also listened to my concern regarding some rubber strips coming off the top of car, told me they would have to order the parts,Check out felt hurried, gentleman called my name handed me the paperwork, told me that they would order some parts and call me to when they are available, didn't really go over the car or if they were any concerns, just told me the car was parked outside the bay. As previously mentioned, they did not do the complimentary carwash and I was not going to back in and bother them.Ease of making an online appointment, tire and oil rotation was still covered under warranty. Took about 45 minutes to complete. I also asked about some parts on the car that I thought might need to be replaced and they agreed however they had to order the parts and will then notify me. They asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and I said yes, however they did not wash the car.

Only negative was I didn’t receive a call back when asking if a part was in stock as part of the service. Had to call twice to get the answer confirming part was in stockVery smooth when arriving to our service appointment to picking up our vehicle.

The dealership was fine however I don’t appreciate having to pay $175 for an update from the factory that caused an engine light. Just because it’s out of warranty doesn’t mean I should pay for a factory update to fix an issue.Although this visit was good, I have had poor experiences in the past

The part I needed was no longer made for the 2018 model. Apparently, they had to search and found the last one in the country? I thought that was interesting, if that is true that I got the LAST one in America then bravo for finding it. Not sure what I would have had to do to get it fixed if they hadn't found the part needed.Since it was my first time coming to this dealership it was confusing which bay to park in. The guy who was standing there looked at me like I was stupid. Have no idea what his name is.Polite and professional. I felt comfortable since this was my first time coming to this dealership for service.
