The part I needed was no longer made for the 2018 model. Apparently, they had to search and found the last one in the country? I thought that was interesting, if that is true that I got the LAST one in America then bravo for finding it. Not sure what I would have had to do to get it fixed if they hadn't found the part needed.Since it was my first time coming to this dealership it was confusing which bay to park in. The guy who was standing there looked at me like I was stupid. Have no idea what his name is.Polite and professional. I felt comfortable since this was my first time coming to this dealership for service.

Decided to not wait at the facility while my vehicle was being serviced because the temperature was very high around the area; this was mentioned to the staff who indicated that management was aware and has been planning on getting it fixed.Everything worked great as usual with Tom Roush with the exception of the environmental temperature in the service area, it wasn't humane to stay there.Very friendly service, great attitude of their employees, fast and accurate
