See previous answerI believe during the initial appointment the antenna and license plate cover were damaged. I noticed the license plate cover broken, but it was an inexpensive item I could quickly replace. The antenna cover was not missing. As I left, I heard what sounded like something fall off. I was in a hurry to get to a dentist appointment in Hamilton and did not see anything in the rearview mirror, I continued. Once I noticed the antenna cover missing I spent a week trying to call, leaving both voicemail and a message with a person from the front who answered. I eventually got through and brought it in. I was then told it must have been a car wash, but I had not had the car washed since before I brought it for service. I can not prove it was damaged by your shop, but I firmly believe it had to have been. I will not return.Own up to your mistakes.It was very difficult to reach an advisor by phone.
