We were told that the DMV fees were going to be waived and that we would not be charged but when we went to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, the DMV fees were added to the final amount causing the monthly payment to increase.Overall, a positive experience. Making this connection more visible may help support transparency and ensure customers clearly understand the terms.Friendly staff. Not overbearing or pushy at all.
