I had to take time off from work to be here for my appointment for the recalls. Since its not the customer's fault for recalls maybe an exception should be made to have these customers come in on Saturdays at a certain time to fix the recalls. Since the store isn't open on weekends.This would be satisfying for your customers coming from other counties, the impact of coming to the store would be less.Service was fast.
