Its great to feel like Im the only customer, you dont seem to over book so I'm waiting extra time and always apologizing like some compagnies. Nice to have the chips to snack onThe guys are friendly, not grumpy, attention to detail, come to your seat in waiting room, put info in writing that needs attention
